I'm not sure if you should change it, but I think the words "black", "shy" and "woman" are important. I'm an African American male who suffers from Social Phobia and I know there's still people who think of it as a "white" issue. I think it's important for African Americans who are afraid to admit their Anxiety problems to know they're not alone. They need to know that facing the problems is an act of being a strong, black woman, or a strong black man.
I say leave it as it. It's concise and straight to the point and says so much about you without having to go through hoops to try and find the point of the blog.
And many people are under the impression that black women are all outgoing and outspoken people, so it's a relief to someone who is quite the opposite (me) to come across this blog, and be like "YES, this is what I'm talking about! Maybe I'm not alone..?"
