Some people become very 'shy' when they feel unattractive or if they feel inferior (appearance-wise) to others. This can add to an already existing anxiety disorder and can cause a cycle and downward spiral if you get negative comments from others about certain areas of your appearance whether its your dress, your wrinkles, your acne, your feet, your teeth, etc, etc. Even if its a small issue that no one else seems to notice but it bothers you, this can cause damage to your esteem so I am going to add another 'segment' to this blog (in addition to my 'Celebs with Anxiety' segment) and this one is going to be 'Bring out your Beauty' (tentatively).
I FOUND A GREAT WEBSITE WITH TIPS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ACNE ON ANY LEVEL, WHETHER ITS 1 OR 2 ZITS A WEEK OR IF ITS OVER 8....SO CHECK IT OUT.
I THINK THE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, ASPIRIN AND WATER MIXTURE THAT IS APPLIED TO THE FACE IS A GOOD ONE. AS I RIGHT THIS, I DON'T HAVE ANY PIMPLES ON MY FACE BUT I USUALLY HAVE ABOUT 1 OR 2 ON AVERAGE THAT TEND TO LEAVE DARK MARKS WHEN THEY ARE GONE (WHICH IS THE THE PART I HATE THE MOST).
