The Next Level...

I need more therapy...this blog is my therapy!!! I want to make this more interactive as I am becoming complacent with the progress I have made thus far.

I still have the radio show but I've never used it...http://www.blogtalkradio.com/painfullyshy .

We need to start talking!!!! I want to make it more of a conversation then just me talking. I am trying to get interviews who deal with social anxiety on different levels and angles...I welcome suggestions.

Strong Winds in NY

The winds are sooo strong that I thought the windows would shatter. The storm is not over and the thunder is extremely loud accompanied by bright lightning.

I am so scared right now because what if??? I could only imagine what people who face natural disasters go through?

I'm going to charge my cell phone right now just in case there is a power outage that follows...my niece suggested this.

Oh, on Friday, I met 2 of my friends for dinner and a movie after work. I was nervous...drank 2 Long Island ice teas before meeting them and I was fine.

Moreover, I am going to try to build up the courage to call 2 childhood friends as I've been procrastinating. More on that and how we found each other again.

And lastly, I did some condo hunting today. So far not so good. I don't make that much money to qualify for 2 places that I really love but the hunt continues.

Cowboys

I am starting to love country music more and more...I love the storytelling within the songs. I dig (yeah, I said 'dig') cowboys but hate the thought that they didn't like Indians in the old Hollywood westerns and believe this was art imitating life in many ways and beyond. A modern cowboy that I appreciate is Trace Adkins.

I also love R&B/Hip Hop. Do you think I'm weird?

Hypnotherapy and turning 31...

By the way, I'm 31 now! I love getting older, I just want to feel free so I can enjoy the years that God has blessed me with. I do appreciate that I get to live another year and start all over again.

I am going to step up my game plan! I will share my plan with you soon.
