The Diary of a Shy Black Woman: My other blog, www.diaryofashyblackwoman.org, began in 2006 as a way to share my journey to overcome social anxiety. Surprisingly, I ended up learning more from my readers than they can ever imagine. I wanted to start www.asperourconversation.blogspot.com as a way to take the journey to the next level. I want to do more than share my experience but I want to offer concrete examples of what we can do to build our self confidence when it comes to conversations and social settings.
