  2. i think its great that you're trying to overcome you're shyness and anxiety (and trying to find outside help like a therapist). i struggled with depression and anxiety for years before my partner finally forced me to go see a doctor about it because it was affecting him too much and he couldn't deal with it anymore. i'm sooooo glad me made me do it 8)

  3. Thank you Rose and Anonymous. Rose, please do something about your anxiety. There are many different paths that can lead you to a better life without feeling anxious. Do a search online. You can get into meditation, yoga, reading on the subject, therapy....the list goes on.
